Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of applications support experience
- At least 3 years experience with ERP, WMS, or MDM
- Familiarity with Oracle XStore is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Capability to participate in our online applicant and new hire onboarding remotely
- Competence to complete computer-based training
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and uphold detailed test plans, scripts, and test cases for various testing phases
- Maintain a repository of regression tests for assigned applications, including automation scenarios
- Analyze defects to identify trends and improve testing cycles
- Determine opportunities for process automation
- Manage execution of automated scripts across all testing levels
- Conduct test cases, using both manual and automated testing, while interpreting results and providing detailed feedback to the development team
- Participate in deployment and post-production validation activities
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
- Lead efforts to enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools
- Provide mentorship to junior QA team members with training and guidance
- Coordinate with external development and testing teams
- Collaborate with end users for User Acceptance Testing execution
- Manage application QA/Dev environments, including code version and data oversight
- Offer end user support and guidance for application software
- Develop functional documents, including training instructions for users
- Provide technical assistance to internal customers
- Assist in training end users on software systems
- Deliver technical support during application design, development, and testing phases
- Engage in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Evaluate enhancements for compatibility with operational guidelines
- Prepare and deliver status reports to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams to formulate test cases, document issues, and resolve them
- Provide on-call support as directed by management
- May require cross-training and undertaking additional tasks
- Utilize general office equipment appropriately
- Regularly operate the keyboard to enter data
- Maintain the ability to sit, stand, or walk for prolonged periods
- Communicate effectively with others both in person and electronically
