Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in applications support
- At least 3 years of experience with ERP, WMS, and MDM systems
- Familiarity with Oracle XStore is preferred
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Capability to participate in remote onboarding and training
- Proficient in completing computer-based training
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, scripts, and test cases for various testing cycles
- Maintain a repository of regression tests for assigned applications, including the definition of automation scenarios
- Identify and analyze defect trends to improve testing processes
- Discover opportunities for process automation
- Oversee the execution of automated testing scripts at all QA levels
- Carry out test cases using both manual testing and automation, providing clear feedback to the development team
- Participate in deployment processes and validate post-production outcomes
- Collaborate with various teams to clarify testing requirements and acceptance criteria
- Drive continuous improvement in testing methods and technology
- Mentor and support junior QA team members
- Coordinate with external testing and development teams
- Partner with end users during User Acceptance Testing
- Manage Rural Kings QA/Dev environments, including code and data versioning
- Provide guidance and support to end users regarding application software
- Create functional documentation such as training guides for users
- Offer technical support to internal stakeholders
- Assist with training users on software systems
- Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Analyze enhancements for compatibility with established operating standards
- Prepare and deliver status reports to internal clients
- Work with internal teams to craft test cases, document issues, and resolve them
- Be available for on-call support as requested
- Be prepared to cross-train and undertake additional duties as necessary
