Senior Software QA Analyst - Cerro Gordo

- Plan and execute functional, system, integration, and end-to-end testing - Manage the Dev/Test environments for Rural King - Ensure data and application integrity through established practices - Collaborate with internal and external teams for complete testing - Design, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, scripts, and cases - Maintain regression test repositories for assigned applications - Analyze defects for trends and suggest process improvements - Identify automation opportunities within testing procedures - Lead the execution of automated scripts throughout the QA process - Conduct testing using both manual and automated methods, providing feedback to development teams - Participate in deployment and post-production validation tasks - Clarify requirements and acceptance criteria with internal and external teams - Drive continuous enhancement of testing processes and methodologies - Mentor junior QA team members with training and guidance - Coordinate with external development and testing teams - Partner with end users for User Acceptance Testing - Manage QA/Dev environments, including code versions and data - Provide end-user support and guidance on application software - Create functional documentation, including training materials - Assist with training end users on software systems - Provide technical support during application development and testing phases - Engage in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Analyze enhancements for compatibility with operating guidelines - Prepare and present status reports to internal stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to create test cases and resolve issues - Provide on-call support as needed - May cross-train and undertake additional duties - Use standard office equipment and frequently operate a keyboard - Communicate effectively in person and through electronic means
