Senior Software QA Analyst - Camargo

- Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive test plans, scripts, and test cases for various testing phases including functional, SIT, and end to end - Maintain a repository of regression tests for assigned application stacks, including defining scenarios for automation - Analyze defect trends to improve testing cycles - Identify opportunities for automation within processes - Lead the execution of automated scripts throughout the QA lifecycle - Conduct tests, utilizing both manual and automated methods, interpret results, and provide feedback to the development team via clear defect documentation - Participate in deployment and post-production validation processes - Collaborate with both internal and external teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria - Foster continuous enhancement of testing processes, methodologies, and technologies - Mentor junior QA team members, providing essential training and support - Coordinate with external development and testing teams - Partner with end users during User Acceptance Testing execution - Manage Rural Kings QA/Dev environments, overseeing code versioning and data management - Offer guidance and support to end users regarding application software - Create functional documents, such as end-user training instructions - Provide functional and technical support to internal stakeholders - Assist in training end users on software systems - Render technical advice throughout the design, development, and testing phases of applications - Engage in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Review enhancements for compatibility and adherence to operational guidelines - Prepare and present status reports for internal stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to generate test cases, identify, document, and resolve issues - Provide on-call support as directed by management - Potentially cross-train and undertake additional duties as needed - Utilize general office equipment and frequently operate a keyboard for data entry - Maintain physical ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods - Communicate effectively with others verbally, both in person and through electronic devices
