- Support the enterprise applications ecosystem with a focus on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms to ensure smooth business operations across different functions - Collaborate with teams in Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations to gather business requirements and convert them into scalable system solutions - Facilitate discussions aimed at improving business processes, optimizing data flow, and aligning functional design with business needs - Maintain comprehensive documentation including functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials for all audiences - Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), encompassing requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-launch support - Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes to verify business operations and ensure the successful implementation of new features or patches - Diagnose and resolve application-related issues in Oracle Retail integrations by collaborating with AMS, Oracle Support, and in-house development teams - Compile and analyze data to meet reporting needs for senior leadership, ensuring business insights are accurate and actionable - Remain informed on Oracle Retail updates, emerging technologies, and best practices to suggest improvements and new functionalities - Work alongside internal and external partners to ensure compliance with IT standards and governance procedures - Offer training and support to end-users to promote adoption and self-sufficiency across business segments - Exercise independent judgment in daily decision-making while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
