IT business systems analyst - Sullivan

- Support Rural Kings enterprise applications ecosystem with a focus on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to translate operational needs into effective system solutions - Partner with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions - Lead discussions on business process improvements and functional design to ensure alignment with Oracle capabilities - Create and maintain clear documentation such as functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials - Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment - Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure successful implementation of new features - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, collaborating with Oracle Support and internal development teams - Support reporting needs by compiling and interpreting data for senior leadership to provide actionable business insights - Stay updated on Oracle Retail updates and emerging technologies to recommend new functionalities and process enhancements - Ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and change control procedures through collaboration - Provide training and end-user support to encourage self-sufficiency across business units - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
