Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience with business applications in a retail or enterprise context
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail or Oracle ERP Cloud applications preferred
- Strong understanding of retail business practices including merchandising, inventory management, and financial reconciliation
- Proficient in application configuration and testing, as well as end-to-end process validation
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SQL, XML, and data integration tools is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to gather business needs and convert them into scalable solutions within Oracle ERP and Merchandising modules
- Lead initiatives to enhance business processes and optimize data flow, aligning operational needs with Oracles capabilities
- Develop and update clear documentation, including functional designs, process flows, user manuals, and training resources for diverse audiences
- Participate in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including gathering requirements, designing solutions, testing, deployment, and support after launch
- Organize and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure business processes are validated and new features are implemented successfully
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to Oracle Retail integrations, collaborating with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal teams
- Support reporting needs by analyzing and interpreting data for senior leadership, ensuring insights are accurate and actionable
- Stay updated on Oracle Retail enhancements and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and new functionality
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and change control procedures
- Provide training and support for end-users to encourage adoption and foster self-sufficiency across business sectors
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while maintaining professionalism
