IT business systems analyst - Elwin

- Support Rural Kings enterprise application ecosystem, focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms to ensure smooth business operations in buying, inventory, finance, and store execution functions. - Act as a central point of communication between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to translate operational needs into effective system solutions. - Lead discussions on enhancing business processes, optimizing data flow, and ensuring functional design harmony with Oracle capabilities. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional designs, process flows, user manuals, and training materials for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements collection and solution design to testing, implementation, and post-launch support. - Organize and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to validate business operations and confirm successful features deployment or updates. - Diagnose, analyze, and rectify application issues across Oracle Retail integrations by collaborating with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams. - Enhance reporting capabilities by compiling and interpreting data for senior management, ensuring business insights are precise and actionable. - Stay updated on Oracle Retail updates, release notes, and new technologies, recommending functionality and process enhancements. - Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and change control protocols. - Provide training and support to end-users to promote adoption and self-reliance across business units. - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily activities while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
