Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira project management
- Proven ability to document integrations and technical workflows across multiple systems
- Familiarity with platforms like HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Capability to connect technical details with business needs to enhance the customer journey
- Organized, proactive, and able to streamline complex systems
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across digital and retail platforms
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Assist with QA and UAT by drafting test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback
- Analyze data from various systems to identify integration challenges and optimization areas
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Engage with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while making independent decisions
- Actively participate in learning initiatives, including training programs and workshops
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external stakeholders
