Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency in Jira project tracking
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across diverse systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and similar technologies
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills combined with strong technical communication
- Ability to connect technical details with business objectives to enhance end-to-end customer experiences
- Organized, proactive, and capable of clarifying complex system interactions
- Skilled in conflict resolution and addressing relationship challenges
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in decision-making
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across various platforms
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Assist in QA and UAT processes by writing test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback
- Analyze data from multiple systems to identify integration challenges and opportunities for optimization
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Engage with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms for seamless operations
- Provide amiable, proactive, and professional support to assist with inquiries and concerns
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance skills and knowledge
