Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency in Jira project management.
- Demonstrated ability to document integrations and technical workflows across various systems.
- Familiarity with technologies such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM.
- Superior analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
- Capability to link technical details with business objectives to enhance customer experiences.
- Organized, proactive, and skillful in clarifying complex systems.
- Proficient in conflict resolution and addressing challenges in relationships.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Support our omni-channel initiatives by connecting business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms.
- Ensure the seamless integration of systems that enhance our unified customer experience, from e-commerce and in-store operations to order management and data platforms.
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects.
- Develop precise technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems across retail and digital channels.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and quality assurance teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Assist with quality assurance and user acceptance testing by writing test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback cycles.
- Analyze data from multiple systems to uncover integration challenges and optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms to ensure operational cohesion.
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Actively engage in learning initiatives, such as training programs, workshops, and webinars, to enhance knowledge and skills.

- Execute additional duties as assigned.
