Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira project tracking
- Proven experience documenting integrations and technical workflows across multiple systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to bridge technical details with business priorities to support end-to-end customer experiences
- Organized, proactive, and capable of driving clarity across complex systems
- Skilled in effectively resolving conflicts and addressing challenges in relationships
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business requirements with technical implementation across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure seamless integration between systems that facilitate Rural Kings unified customer experience
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems in retail and digital channels
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Assist QA and UAT by creating test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback processes
- Analyze data from various systems to pinpoint integration challenges and optimization opportunities
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Actively engage in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance knowledge and skills
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to others, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly

- Undertake additional duties as required
