- Collect and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel initiatives - Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for retail and digital systems - Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions - Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project transparency and alignment - Assist with QA and User Acceptance Testing by creating test cases, validating system performance, and managing feedback cycles - Analyze data from assorted systems to pinpoint integration challenges and opportunities for optimization - Work alongside stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment channels - Partner with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms to ensure seamless operations - Apply discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks while upholding high standards of confidentiality and professionalism - Engage in various learning initiatives such as training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance skills and keep up with industry advancements - Provide friendly, proactive assistance to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly - Exhibit behaviors that embody Rural Kings core Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Perform additional duties as assigned
