Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings.
- Strong comprehension of Agile methodologies and Jira project management tools.
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across diverse systems.
- Familiarity with platforms like HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other related technologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication abilities.
- Capacity to bridge the gap between technical specifics and business priorities to enhance end-to-end customer journeys.
- Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at clarifying complex systems.
- Proficient in conflict resolution and addressing emerging challenges in relationships.
- Ability to identify and rectify deviations from established processes.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support omni-channel initiatives by linking business requirements with technical execution across various platforms.
- Ensure smooth integration among systems that facilitate Rural Kingβs unified customer experience.
- Collect and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects.
- Create comprehensive technical documents, data flows, and integration specifications for retail and digital systems.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to align projects and maintain transparency.
- Assist QA and UAT by drafting test cases, validating system functionalities, and organizing feedback cycles.
- Analyze data from multiple systems to pinpoint integration issues and opportunities for optimization.
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes in online, in-store, and fulfillment systems.
- Engage with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related enterprise platforms to ensure integrated operations.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
- Actively engage in training initiatives to gain new knowledge and refine existing skills.
- Provide friendly and professional support to internal and external contacts, addressing inquiries and issues swiftly and effectively.
