Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and proficiency with Jira project management tools
- Proven ability to document integrations and technical workflows across various platforms
- Familiarity with technologies such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and similar applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills
- Capability to connect technical details with business objectives to enhance customer experience
- Organized, proactive, and able to clarify complexities within systems
- Proficient in conflict resolution and addressing relationship challenges
- Skilled in detecting and addressing inconsistencies in established processes
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business needs with technical execution
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for various projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications across retail and digital platforms
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project clarity and alignment
- Assist with QA and UAT by crafting test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback cycles
- Analyze data from diverse systems to pinpoint integration challenges and improvement opportunities
- Work alongside stakeholders to enhance processes in online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Utilize HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise tools to ensure cohesive operations
- Make independent decisions while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Engage in learning programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance skills and knowledge
- Provide friendly and professional support to internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively

- Perform additional duties as required
