IT business analyst - technical - Champaign

- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms - Ensure smooth integration between systems that create a unified customer experience, including e-commerce, in-store operations, and order management - Gather and record both business and technical needs for omni-channel projects - Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems across retail and digital channels - Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business necessities into scalable technical solutions - Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to maintain project alignment and transparency - Assist in QA and UAT by crafting test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback loops - Analyze data from multiple systems to pinpoint integration challenges and optimization chances - Work with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems - Partner with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms for streamlined operations - Exercise discretion and independent judgment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism - Engage in learning initiatives like training programs, workshops, and webinars to acquire new knowledge and refine existing skills - Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly - Exemplify Rural King’s Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Perform additional duties as assigned
