Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira project management
- Proven history of documenting integrations and technical processes across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms like HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and similar technologies
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to link technical specifics with business objectives to enhance the overall customer experience
- Organized, proactive, and adept at clarifying complex systems
- Proficient in conflict resolution and addressing challenges in interpersonal relationships
- Capability to identify and rectify deviations from established processes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible to shifting priorities
- Ability to maintain extended periods of sitting or standing
- Capability to communicate effectively with individuals both in person and through electronic means
- Clear vision for tasks related to computer activities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel projects by linking business needs with technical execution across multiple platforms
- Gather and document business and technical requirements to support omni-channel initiatives
- Create thorough technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems across retail and digital channels
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Assist in QA and UAT by crafting test cases, validating system functionalities, and coordinating feedback cycles
- Analyze data from various systems to pinpoint integration issues and areas for optimization
- Work together with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Coordinate with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms for seamless operations
- Use discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks while maintaining a professional and confidential demeanor
- Engage actively in educational opportunities such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance knowledge and skills
- Offer friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external parties, addressing inquiries and issues promptly

- Perform additional duties as required
