Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira project tracking
- Proven experience documenting integrations and technical workflows across multiple systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to bridge technical details with business priorities to support end-to-end customer experiences
- Organized, proactive, and capable of driving clarity across complex systems
- Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and address challenges that may arise in relationships
- Ability to identify and address deviations from an established process
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure seamless integration between systems that enhance Rural Kings unified customer experience
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for retail and digital channels
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to maintain project alignment and transparency
- Assist with QA and UAT by writing test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback cycles
- Analyze data from various systems to pinpoint integration challenges and optimization opportunities
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Engage with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms for cohesive operations
- Make decisions with discretion and maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Participate in learning initiatives like training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance knowledge and skills
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external clients

- Perform additional duties as assigned
