Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira project tracking
- Proven capability in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms like HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to connect technical specifics with business priorities to enhance end-to-end customer experiences
- Organized, proactive mindset capable of creating clarity in complex systems
- Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to address challenges in relationships
- Detail-oriented self-starter, adaptable to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across different platforms
- Ensure seamless system integration that enhances the unified customer experience from e-commerce to in-store operations
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to maintain transparency and project alignment
- Write test cases and validate system functionality to aid in QA and UAT processes
- Analyze data from various systems to pinpoint integration challenges and optimization possibilities
- Work closely with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM to ensure cohesive operations
- Actively participate in learning initiatives like training programs, workshops, and webinars
- Provide proactive and professional support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and issues promptly

- Carry out additional tasks as assigned
