Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings.
- Profound understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira project tracking.
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across diverse systems.
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and similar technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication abilities.
- Capacity to connect technical details with business priorities to enhance end-to-end customer experiences.
- Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at clarifying complex systems.
- Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and manage challenges in professional relationships.
- Competence in identifying and addressing discrepancies from established processes.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to evolving priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business requirements with technical execution across various platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration between systems to enhance our unified customer experience, including e-commerce and in-store operations.
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for retail and digital systems.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Aid in QA and UAT by crafting test cases, validating system functionalities, and coordinating feedback cycles.
- Analyze data from multiple systems to pinpoint integration challenges and identify optimization opportunities.
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes across online, retail, and fulfillment systems.
- Engage with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms to guarantee cohesive operations.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Take part in training programs and workshops to acquire new knowledge and refine existing skills.
- Provide friendly and professional support to others, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
