Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and Jira project management
- Proven experience in creating technical documentation and integration workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and similar technologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to connect technical details with business objectives to enhance customer experiences
- Organized and proactive with a knack for clarifying complex systems
- Skillful at resolving conflicts and handling challenges in professional relationships
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in daily decision-making
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business needs with technical execution across diverse platforms
- Ensure smooth integration of systems that enhance the unified customer experience
- Collect and document both business and technical requirements related to omni-channel projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to turn business requirements into scalable solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and clarity
- Assist with QA and UAT by creating test cases, validating functionality, and managing feedback processes
- Analyze data from various systems to pinpoint integration challenges and improvement opportunities
- Work in tandem with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms
- Provide friendly and proactive internal and external support, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently
- Engage in continuous learning through training programs, workshops, and webinars

- Carry out additional tasks as assigned
