Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Proficient understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira project management
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other relevant technologies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to connect technical details with business goals to support comprehensive customer experiences
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to clarify complex systems
- Skilled in conflict resolution and addressing relationship challenges
- Capable of identifying and remedying deviations from established processes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure seamless integration among systems that drive Rural Kings unified customer experience
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Assist in QA and UAT by drafting test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback cycles
- Analyze data from multiple systems to identify integration challenges and enhancement opportunities
- Work closely with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms to ensure cohesive operations
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while maintaining confidentiality
- Actively partake in educational initiatives such as training programs and workshops
- Provide amicable, proactive, and competent internal and external support to address inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly

- Perform additional duties as assigned
