IT Business Systems Analyst - Watson

- Support Rural Kings enterprise applications ecosystem by focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms to ensure smooth business operations across buying, inventory, finance, and store execution functions. - Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to translate operational requirements into effective system solutions. - Lead initiatives on business process improvements, data flow optimization, and functional design to ensure alignment between business necessities and Oracle capabilities. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Participate in and support all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), such as requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Conduct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to validate business processes and ensure the successful implementation of new features or patches. - Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues across Oracle Retail integrations, collaborating closely with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams. - Support and improve reporting needs by gathering and interpreting data for senior leadership, ensuring business insights are both accurate and actionable. - Stay updated on Oracle Retail releases, updates, and emerging technologies to recommend new features and process enhancements. - Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and change control procedures. - Provide training and end-user support to encourage adoption and self-sufficiency across business teams. - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
