Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in supporting business applications within a retail or enterprise environment
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail or Oracle ERP Cloud applications (MFCS, SIOCS, ReSA, ReIM, CFIN, or related systems) preferred
- Strong understanding of retail business processes including merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and financial reconciliation
- Experience in application configuration, testing, and end-to-end process validation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SQL, XML, and data integration tools (AIF/BDI) is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for engaging cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 pounds, and effectively communicate both in-person and electronically
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings enterprise applications ecosystem, focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms to ensure efficient business operations across various functions
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Lead discussions on process enhancements, data optimization, and functional design to align business needs with Oracle capabilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure successful implementation of new features
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across Oracle Retail integrations while collaborating with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal teams
- Support reporting needs by analyzing data for senior leadership and providing actionable insights
- Stay updated on Oracle Retail developments and emerging technologies to suggest enhancements and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with IT standards and governance during collaboration with internal and external partners
- Provide training and end-user support to promote adoption and independence amongst business groups
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
