IT Business Systems Analyst - Urbana

- Support Rural Kings enterprise applications ecosystem, focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms to ensure efficient business operations across various functions. - Act as a crucial liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to translate operational needs into effective system solutions. - Lead discussions aimed at improving business processes, optimizing data flow, and functional design to ensure coherence between business demands and Oracle capabilities. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Conduct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to validate business processes and guarantee successful implementation of new features or patches. - Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues across Oracle Retail integrations, collaborating closely with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams. - Enhance reporting needs by compiling and interpreting data for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and actionability of business insights. - Stay updated on Oracle Retail updates, release notes, and emerging technologies to propose new functionalities and process enhancements. - Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure adherence to IT standards, governance, and change control procedures. - Provide training and end-user support to foster adoption and self-sufficiency across business groups. - Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
