IT Business Systems Analyst - Teutopolis

- Support Rural Kings enterprise applications ecosystem, focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms to ensure smooth business operations. - Act as a key intermediary between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to convert operational needs into effective system solutions. - Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to gather and understand business requirements for scalable solutions in Oracle ERP and Merchandising modules. - Lead discussions on enhancing business processes, optimizing data flow, and functional design to align business needs with Oracle capabilities. - Create and maintain clear documentation, including functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials for diverse audiences. - Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), such as requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to verify business processes and ensure successful implementation of new functionalities or updates. - Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues across Oracle Retail integrations while coordinating with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams. - Compile and interpret data to support reporting needs for senior leadership, ensuring business insights are accurate and actionable. - Stay updated on Oracle Retail updates, release notes, and emerging technologies to recommend new functionalities and process enhancements. - Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and change control procedures. - Provide training and end-user support to encourage adoption and independence across business groups. - Make independent decisions daily while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
