Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years supporting business applications in a retail or enterprise environment
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail or Oracle ERP Cloud applications (MFCS, SIOCS, ReSA, ReIM, CFIN, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of retail business processes such as merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and financial reconciliation
- Experience in application configuration, testing, and end-to-end process validation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SQL, XML, and data integration tools (AIF/BDI) is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Proven capability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all communications
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings enterprise application ecosystem, focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms to ensure smooth business operations across various functions
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to identify business needs and translate them into scalable solutions within Oracle ERP and Merchandising modules
- Lead discussions on business process enhancements, data flow optimization, and functional design to align with Oracle capabilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials for diverse audiences
- Participate in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and after-go-live support
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to validate business processes and ensure successful implementation of features or patches
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to Oracle Retail integrations, collaborating with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal teams
- Support reporting needs by compiling and interpreting data for senior leadership, ensuring insights are both accurate and actionable
- Stay updated on Oracle Retail advancements and emerging technologies to propose new functionalities and improvements
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to uphold IT standards, governance, and change control protocols
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance adoption and self-sufficiency across business groups
- Exercise discretion and independent judgement in daily operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
