IT Business Systems Analyst - Sigel

- Provide support for Rural Kings enterprise applications, particularly focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms to ensure efficient business operations across various functions. - Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to comprehend business requirements and convert them into scalable systems solutions within Oracle ERP and Merchandising modules. - Lead discussions aimed at refining business processes, optimizing data flow, and defining functional designs to align operational needs with Oracle capabilities. - Develop and maintain precise documentation, including functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials for diverse audiences. - Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), covering requirements collection, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. - Organize and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure business processes are validated and new features are implemented successfully. - Diagnose and resolve application issues across Oracle Retail integrations, collaborating closely with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams. - Enhance reporting functionalities by compiling and analyzing data for senior leadership, ensuring insights are both accurate and actionable. - Stay updated on Oracle Retail enhancements, release notes, and emerging technologies to recommend new functionalities and process improvements. - Work alongside internal and external partners to ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and change control procedures. - Offer training and end-user assistance to promote adoption and ensure self-sufficiency within business groups. - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
