IT Business Systems Analyst - Sidney

- Collaborate with the Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions within Oracle ERP and Merchandising modules (e.g., MFCS, SIOCS, ReSA, ReIM, CFIN) - Lead discussions aimed at business process enhancements, data flow improvements, and functional design to ensure a match between business needs and Oracle functionalities - Develop and maintain thorough documentation such as functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials for both technical and non-technical audiences - Participate in and support all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support - Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure business processes are validated and new features or patches are successfully implemented - Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues across Oracle Retail integrations by working closely with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams - Enhance reporting needs by gathering and interpreting data for senior leadership, ensuring insights are accurate and actionable - Stay updated on Oracle Retail developments, release notes, and emerging technologies to recommend new features and process enhancements - Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and change control procedures - Provide training and end-user support to promote adoption and independence across business groups - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
