IT Business Systems Analyst - Redmon

- Support Rural Kings enterprise applications ecosystem, particularly focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms, to ensure smooth business operations - Work closely with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to identify business requirements and convert them into scalable system solutions within Oracle ERP and Merchandising modules - Facilitate discussions on business process enhancements, data flow optimization, and functional design, ensuring alignment between business needs and Oracle capabilities - Develop and upkeep comprehensive documentation, including functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials for both technical and non-technical audiences - Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from gathering requirements to solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support - Conduct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to affirm business processes and ensure the successful implementation of new features or patches - Troubleshoot, analyze, and rectify application issues across Oracle Retail integrations, collaborating closely with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams - Enhance reporting capabilities by compiling and analyzing data for senior leadership, ensuring that business insights are accurate and actionable - Stay updated on Oracle Retail advancements, release notes, and emerging technologies to recommend new functionalities and process improvements - Collaborate with internal and external partners to guarantee compliance with IT standards, governance, and change control procedures - Provide training and support to end-users to encourage adoption and self-sufficiency across business groups - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while upholding confidentiality and professionalism
