Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting business applications in a retail or enterprise setting.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail or Oracle ERP Cloud applications (e.g., MFCS, SIOCS, ReSA, ReIM, CFIN) is highly desirable.
- Strong comprehension of retail business processes, including merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and financial reconciliation.
- Experience in application configuration, testing, and end-to-end process validation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with SQL, XML, and data integration tools (AIF/BDI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Proven capability to manage overlapping priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Rural Kings enterprise applications ecosystem, focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms to ensure smooth business operations.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to understand business requirements and develop scalable solutions within Oracle systems.
- Facilitate discussions on business process enhancements, data flow optimization, and functional design to align business needs with Oracle capabilities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials for diverse audiences.
- Participate in all Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases, from gathering requirements to solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Conduct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to validate business processes and ensure successful feature implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to Oracle Retail integrations, collaborating with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams.
- Support reporting needs by compiling and analyzing data for senior leadership, ensuring business insights are accurate and actionable.
- Stay updated on Oracle Retail updates and emerging technologies to propose new functionalities and process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and change control procedures while collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Provide training and support to end users to promote adoption and self-sufficiency across business groups.
