IT Business Systems Analyst - Newman

- Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to gather business requirements and convert them into scalable solutions using Oracle ERP and Merchandising modules (e.g., MFCS, SIOCS, ReSA, ReIM, CFIN). - Facilitate discussions on business process enhancements, data flow optimization, and functional design to ensure alignment between operational needs and Oracle capabilities. - Generate and maintain clear documentation including functional designs, process maps, user manuals, and training resources for varying audiences. - Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. - Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to confirm business processes and ensure successful implementation of new features or updates. - Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues related to Oracle Retail integrations while collaborating closely with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams. - Assist in enhancing reporting needs through data compilation and interpretation for senior leadership, ensuring insights are precise and actionable. - Keep updated on Oracle Retail releases, trends, and new technologies to propose new features and process enhancements. - Work with both internal and external partners to ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and change control protocols. - Provide training and support to end-users to foster adoption and promote self-sufficiency across business units. - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day decisions while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
