IT Business Systems Analyst - Neoga

- Support the enterprise applications ecosystem at Rural King, particularly focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms to ensure smooth business operations across various functions such as buying, inventory, finance, and store execution. - Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions within Oracle ERP and Merchandising modules (e.g., MFCS, SIOCS, ReSA, ReIM, CFIN). - Lead discussions on enhancing business processes, optimizing data flows, and functional design to align business needs with Oracle capabilities. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. - Organize and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to validate business processes and ensure effective implementation of new features or patches. - Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues that arise across Oracle Retail integrations, working closely with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams. - Compile and interpret data to support reporting needs for senior leadership, ensuring insights are accurate and actionable. - Stay updated on Oracle Retail updates, release notes, and emerging technologies to propose new functionalities and process enhancements. - Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and change control procedures. - Provide training and support to end-users to promote adoption and self-sufficiency across business units. - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
