Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting business applications in a retail or enterprise environment
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail or Oracle ERP Cloud applications (such as MFCS, SIOCS, ReSA, ReIM, CFIN) strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of retail business processes including merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and financial reconciliation
- Experience in application configuration, testing, and end-to-end process validation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SQL, XML, and data integration tools (AIF/BDI) is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings enterprise application ecosystem focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to translate operational needs into effective system solutions
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to analyze business requirements
- Lead discussions on business process enhancements, data flow optimization, and functional design alignment
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to validate business processes and ensure successful implementation of new features or patches
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across Oracle Retail integrations in collaboration with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams
- Enhance reporting capabilities by analyzing and interpreting data for senior leadership
- Stay updated on Oracle Retail developments and emerging technologies to propose new functionalities and process improvements
- Ensure adherence to IT standards, governance, and change control procedures in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Provide training and support to end-users to promote adoption and self-sufficiency across business units
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
