Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting business applications in a retail or enterprise setting
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail or Oracle ERP Cloud applications (e.g., MFCS, SIOCS, ReSA, ReIM, CFIN) is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of retail business processes including merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and financial reconciliation
- Experience in application configuration, testing, and comprehensive process validation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SQL, XML, and data integration tools (such as AIF/BDI) is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Proven ability to handle competing priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kingβs enterprise applications ecosystem focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to gather business requirements and convert them into scalable system solutions
- Lead discussions addressing business process improvements, optimizing data flow, and designing functional strategies aligning business needs with Oracle capabilities
- Create and update documentation including functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials for diverse audiences
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to post-go-live support
- Conduct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure successful implementation of new features or patches
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues in collaboration with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams
- Enhance reporting capabilities by compiling and analyzing data for senior leadership to provide accurate business insights
- Stay updated on Oracle Retail enhancements and emerging technologies to suggest new functionalities and process advancements
- Work alongside internal and external partners to ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and change control protocols
- Provide training and support to end users to encourage adoption and self-sufficiency across business groups
- Use independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
