IT Business Systems Analyst - Longview

- Support Rural Kings enterprise applications ecosystem, focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms for efficient business operations - Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions - Lead initiatives for business process enhancements, data flow optimization, and functional design - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials - Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment - Conduct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to validate business processes and ensure successful implementation of new features - Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues, partnering closely with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams - Enhance reporting needs by compiling and interpreting data for senior leadership to ensure actionable business insights - Stay updated on Oracle Retail updates, release notes, and emerging technologies to recommend process improvements - Collaborate with internal and external partners to uphold IT standards, governance, and change control procedures - Provide training and end-user support to facilitate adoption and self-sufficiency across business groups - Exercise discretion and independent judgment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
