Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting business applications within a retail or enterprise environment. - At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail or Oracle ERP Cloud applications (MFCS, SIOCS, ReSA, ReIM, CFIN, or similar systems) is strongly preferred. - Strong understanding of retail business processes including merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and financial reconciliation. - Experience in application configuration, testing, and end-to-end process validation. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Familiarity with SQL, XML, and data integration tools (AIF/BDI) is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Proven capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. - Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions.

Responsibilities

- Support Rural Kings enterprise applications ecosystem, especially Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms, to ensure efficient business operations across buying, inventory, finance, and store execution functions. - Act as a vital liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to translate operational needs into scalable system solutions and enhance business workflows. - Partner with various teams (Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations) to gather business requirements and convert them into effective system solutions within Oracle ERP and Merchandising modules. - Lead initiatives on improving business processes, optimizing data flows, and functional design to align business requirements with Oracle capabilities. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) such as requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to validate business processes and ensure successful deployment of new functionalities or patches. - Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues across Oracle Retail integrations, collaborating closely with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams. - Enhance reporting needs by gathering and interpreting data for senior leadership, ensuring actionable business insights. - Stay updated on Oracle Retail updates, release notes, and new technologies to recommend enhancements and process improvements. - Collaborate with both internal and external partners to ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and change control provisions. - Provide training and support to end-users to promote adoption and self-sufficiency in using the applications.
