Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - At least 5 years of experience supporting business applications in a retail or enterprise environment. - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail or Oracle ERP Cloud applications (MFCS, SIOCS, ReSA, ReIM, CFIN, or comparable systems) strongly preferred. - Solid understanding of retail business processes including merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and financial reconciliation. - Experience in application configuration, testing, and end-to-end process validation. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Familiarity with SQL, XML, and data integration tools (AIF/BDI) is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. - Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions. - Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 pounds, access and navigate various departments, and communicate effectively both in-person and electronically.

Responsibilities

- Support Rural Kings enterprise applications ecosystem by focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms to ensure smooth business operations across various functions including buying, inventory, finance, and store execution. - Act as a vital liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to interpret operational needs into system solutions, enhance business processes, and drive implementation of new functionalities within the Oracle Retail suite. - Collaborate with teams in Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions within Oracle ERP and Merchandising modules. - Lead discussions focused on improving business processes, optimizing data flows, and ensuring functional designs align with business needs and Oracle capabilities. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation such as functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Participate in and support all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Conduct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to validate business processes and ensure smooth implementation of new features or patches. - Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues across Oracle Retail integrations, working closely with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams. - Enhance reporting capabilities by gathering and analyzing data for senior leadership, ensuring business insights are correct and actionable. - Stay updated on Oracle Retail advancements, release notes, and emerging technologies to suggest new functionalities and process enhancements. - Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and change control procedures. - Provide training and support to end-users to foster adoption and self-sufficiency across business groups. - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
