Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in supporting business applications within a retail or enterprise environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail or Oracle ERP Cloud applications (MFCS, SIOCS, ReSA, ReIM, CFIN, or related systems) preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes including merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and financial reconciliation.
- Experience with application configuration, testing, and end-to-end process validation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of SQL, XML, and data integration tools (AIF/BDI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions.
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings enterprise application ecosystem, focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms to ensure smooth business operations across various functions.
- Collaborate with teams in Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations to gather business requirements and create scalable solutions within Oracle ERP and Merchandising modules.
- Facilitate discussions to identify process improvements, optimize data flows, and ensure that business needs align with Oracle capabilities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials for diverse audiences.
- Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to validate business processes and ensure successful implementation of new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams.
- Enhance reporting capabilities by gathering and interpreting data for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
- Stay informed on Oracle Retail updates, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend enhancements and improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain IT standards, governance, and change control procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance adoption and self-sufficiency across business units.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily activities while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
