IT Business Systems Analyst - Edgewood

- Support Rural Kings enterprise applications ecosystem, focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms - Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to gather business requirements and convert them into scalable solutions - Lead initiatives for business process enhancements, data flow optimization, and functional design to ensure compatibility between business needs and Oracle functionalities - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials - Engage in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), covering requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch support - Organize and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to verify business processes and ensure successful implementation of new features or updates - Diagnose, analyze, and resolve application issues while collaborating with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams - Enhance reporting capabilities by compiling and interpreting data for senior leadership, ensuring business insights are precise and actionable - Stay updated on Oracle Retail updates and emerging technologies, suggesting new functionalities and process optimizations - Work alongside internal and external partners to maintain IT standards, governance, and change control practices - Provide training and support to end-users to promote adoption and self-sufficiency across departments - Make independent decisions while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
