IT Business Systems Analyst - Cerro Gordo

- Support Rural Kings enterprise applications ecosystem, focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms to ensure smooth business operations across various functions. - Act as the primary liaison among business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to translate operational requirements into effective system solutions. - Collaborate with teams in Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations to gather business needs and develop scalable system solutions within Oracle modules. - Lead discussions aimed at enhancing business processes, optimizing data flow, and ensuring alignment of business needs with Oracle capabilities. - Create and maintain clear documentation, such as functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Conduct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to validate business processes and ensure successful feature implementation. - Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues across Oracle Retail integrations, collaborating closely with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams. - Support reporting needs by compiling and interpreting data for senior leadership, ensuring that insights are accurate and actionable. - Stay current on Oracle Retail updates, releases, and emerging technologies to recommend new functionalities and process enhancements. - Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain adherence to IT standards and governance protocols. - Provide training and support to end users to encourage adoption and promote self-sufficiency across business groups. - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
