IT Business Systems Analyst - Casey

- Support and manage Rural Kings enterprise applications ecosystem with a focus on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms to ensure smooth business operations across various functions including buying, inventory, finance, and store execution. - Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions using Oracle ERP and Merchandising modules. - Facilitate discussions regarding business process enhancements, optimize data flows, and ensure functional design aligns with business requirements and Oracle capabilities. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional designs, process workflows, user guides, and training materials for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from gathering requirements to solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. - Organize and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to validate business processes and ensure the successful rollout of new features or updates. - Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues related to Oracle Retail integrations, collaborating closely with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams. - Aid in reporting needs by collecting and interpreting data for senior leadership, ensuring insights are accurate and actionable. - Stay updated on Oracle Retail releases, notes, and emerging technologies to suggest new functionalities and process improvements. - Work with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and change control protocols. - Provide training and support to end-users to promote adoption and self-sufficiency across business units. - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
