IT Business Systems Analyst - Bethany

- Provide support for Rural Kings enterprise applications, focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms to ensure smooth business operations - Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to identify business needs and design scalable system solutions within Oracle ERP and Merchandising modules - Lead initiatives for improving business processes, optimizing data flow, and ensuring alignment with Oracle capabilities - Create and oversee documentation including functional designs, process flows, user manuals, and training materials for varying audiences - Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from gathering requirements to testing, deployment, and post-launch support - Organize and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities to validate processes and confirm successful implementation of features or updates - Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application-related issues, coordinating with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal teams - Support and enhance reporting mechanisms, ensuring the delivery of accurate and actionable insights for senior leadership - Keep up-to-date with Oracle Retail updates and new technologies to propose functionality enhancements and process improvements - Collaborate with partners to ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and change management protocols - Deliver training and support for end-users to promote system adoption and self-reliance across organizations - Exercise autonomy and judgment in decision-making while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all matters
