Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting business applications in a retail or enterprise setting.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail or Oracle ERP Cloud applications such as MFCS, SIOCS, ReSA, ReIM, CFIN, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes, including merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and financial reconciliation.
- Experience in application configuration, testing, and end-to-end process validation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis capabilities, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of SQL, XML, and data integration tools like AIF/BDI is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions.
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings enterprise applications ecosystem with a focus on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to transform operational needs into effective system solutions.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable systems within Oracle modules.
- Lead initiatives for business process enhancements and data flow optimization, ensuring alignment between business objectives and Oracle functionalities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional designs, process flows, user manuals, and training content for diverse audiences.
- Engage in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Organize and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure successful integration of new features or updates.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues in Oracle Retail integrations, coordinating with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal teams.
- Support reporting requirements by compiling and interpreting data to provide accurate business insights for senior leadership.
- Stay informed on Oracle Retail updates and emerging technologies to recommend new functionalities and enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to uphold IT standards, governance, and change control protocols.
- Provide training and support to end-users to promote self-sufficiency across various business units.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
