Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira project tracking
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across multiple systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication abilities
- Capability to connect technical details with business priorities to support comprehensive customer experiences
- Organized, proactive, and skilled at fostering clarity across intricate systems
- Competence in effectively resolving conflicts and addressing challenges in relationships
- Ability to identify and rectify deviations from established processes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Physical ability to maintain seated or standing positions for extended periods
- Skill to communicate effectively in-person and electronically with others
- Close vision for computer-related tasks
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical executions across various platforms
- Ensure smooth integration between systems for a unified customer experience, including e-commerce and in-store operations
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications across retail and digital channels
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to maintain project alignment and transparency
- Write test cases, validate system functionality, and coordinate feedback cycles in support of QA and UAT
- Analyze data from different systems to pinpoint integration challenges and optimization opportunities
- Work with stakeholders to refine processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Collaborate closely with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks while upholding confidentiality and professionalism
- Actively engage in learning initiatives, including training programs, workshops, and webinars
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to both internal and external parties, addressing inquiries and issues promptly and effectively

- Undertake additional duties as assigned
