Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings
- Strong comprehension of Agile methodologies and proficiency in Jira project management
- Demonstrated ability in documenting integrations and technical workflows across diverse systems
- Familiarity with technologies such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related platforms
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Capability to connect technical specifics with business priorities to enhance customer experiences
- Organized, proactive, and skilled in bringing clarity to complex systems
- Competence in managing and resolving conflicts that may arise in professional interactions
- Ability to recognize and address discrepancies from established processes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business needs with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure smooth integration between systems that empower Rural Kings cohesive customer experience from e-commerce to in-store operations
- Collect and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications across retail and digital channels
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to maintain project coherence and transparency
- Assist QA and UAT processes by writing test cases, verifying system functionality, and coordinating feedback cycles
- Analyze data from various systems to uncover integration challenges and optimization opportunities
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Engage with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms to ensure integrated operations
- Utilize discretion and independent judgment in daily operations while upholding confidentiality and professionalism
- Partake in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars
- Offer friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively

- Complete other duties as needed
