Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira project tracking
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication abilities
- Capability to bridge technical aspects with business goals to enhance customer experiences
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to clarify complexities across systems
- Proficient in conflict resolution and addressing relationship challenges
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel strategies by linking business needs with technical execution across digital and retail platforms
- Document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project transparency and alignment
- Assist with QA and UAT by developing test cases, validating system functionalities, and coordinating feedback
- Analyze data from diverse systems to pinpoint integration challenges and opportunities for optimization
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Collaborate with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining confidentiality
- Participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars
- Provide proactive and professional support to internal and external inquiries effectively

- Perform additional duties as assigned
