Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira project tracking
- Proven track record of documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to connect technical details with business priorities for end-to-end customer experience
- Organized and proactive with the ability to clarify complex systems
- Capable of resolving conflicts and addressing challenges effectively
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure seamless integration between systems integral to Rural Kings unified customer experience
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for retail and digital channels
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Assist in QA and UAT by drafting test cases, validating system functionalities, and coordinating feedback cycles
- Analyze data from various systems to identify integration challenges and opportunities for optimization
- Work with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM to ensure cohesive operations
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment while upholding confidentiality and professionalism
- Engage in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance skills
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and issues promptly

- Perform additional duties as assigned
