Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and proficiency in Jira project tracking
- Proven background in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with technologies such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to connect technical specifics with business objectives to enhance customer experience
- Organized and proactive, with the capability to clarify complex systems
- Skills to effectively manage conflicts and difficulties in relationships
- Ability to identify and rectify deviations from established procedures
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to evolving priorities
- Physical capability to remain seated or standing for extended periods
- Ability to navigate all facilities and effectively communicate both in-person and via electronic means
- Close vision for computer-related tasks
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure smooth system integration for a unified customer experience, including e-commerce and in-store operations
- Collect and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project transparency and alignment
- Assist QA and UAT by creating test cases, validating system functionality, and managing feedback cycles
- Analyze data from multiple systems to uncover integration challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Work with stakeholders to refine processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Engage with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms for cohesive operations
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment daily while upholding confidentiality and professionalism
- Partake in learning initiatives like training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance skills and stay up-to-date
- Provide proactive and professional support to internal and external parties, addressing inquiries and issues promptly

- Perform additional duties as assigned
