Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and proficiency with Jira project management tools
- Demonstrated experience in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and similar technologies
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication abilities
- Capability to bridge technical specifications with business priorities for comprehensive customer experiences
- Organized, proactive approach with the ability to drive clarity in complex systems
- Proven conflict resolution skills and ability to address challenges in professional relationships
- Competence in recognizing and addressing deviations from established procedures
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible in adapting to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business needs with technical execution across various platforms
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems in retail and digital environments
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Assist in QA and UAT by developing test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback
- Analyze data from multiple systems to uncover integration challenges and opportunities for optimization
- Work alongside teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, among others to ensure streamlined operations
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while exercising independent judgment in daily decision-making
- Engage in learning initiatives such as training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
- Provide friendly, professional support to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and issues promptly

- Undertake other duties as assigned
